We start by educating our customers on materials, products, and warranties, and encourage any questions or concerns to ensure that we deliver complete satisfaction every time. From protecting your home and property to the final clean-up, we are committed to providing a hassle-free and enjoyable roofing experience that exceeds your expectations.

STEP ONE: MEET AND GREET

We strive to educate our customer on materials, products and warranties. We encourage any questions, concerns and special requests to ensure satisfaction is delivered every time!

STEP TWO: THE TEAR DOWN

 We pride ourselves on a no surprises mentality. With removal of old shingles, underlayment, aluminum flashings, valleys, vents, and rotten plywood, we keep you updated on your roof's condition and provide before/after pictures.  

STEP THREE: PROTECTING YOUR HOME

We understand the importance of covering your assets. We start with a thorough walk around your property and lay tarps as well as assess any outdoor decor, plants, lights, etc that need to be moved. Sheets of thick plywood are placed on any windows, AC units and your garage to guard them from any articles that may fall.

STEP FOUR: INSTALLATION

A forever roof for your forever home. We believe in quality installation of quality products and follow an integrity roofing system with manufacture guaranteed products. It's more than just shingles...

 

  • Waterproof Underlayment- Ice/Water shield that seals to your roof, protects against severe weather conditions

  • Water- Resistant Underlayment- Provides a leak free barrier, roof defence

  • Starter Shingles- Lines bottom of your roof to reinforce shingles and provides wind resistance

  • Roof Shingles- Certaineed* / BP* Quality shingles

  • Hip & Ridge Caps- Contributes to optimal durability and allows for an appealing finish

  • Roof Ventilation- Moderates temperature/ moisture build-up, promotes greater energy efficiency

STEP FIVE: CLEAN UP

 No mess, no hassle! Any roof- related materials will be properly disposed and taken away. A final inspection is completed by the crew and includes magnetic floor sweepers to collect loose nails, metal etc, leaving your house debris free.
