Replacement

After several years, Skylights need to be replaced or they will not work effectively and efficiently. This can cause severe leaks if not replaced in time. We provide a service where we replace the existing skylight following a skylight system to ensure the ‘20 Year No Leak Warranty’ with a new Velux skylight.

 

Repair

At times, a skylight isn't installed properly by contractors and homeowners. We provide a service that can repair the skylight by : re-shingling around the skylight, re-caulking the glass to make a proper seal, and re-flashing the skylight.
